We are seeking an experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant with 6-9 years of experience to support, implement, and optimize SAP Production Planning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP PP configuration, business process analysis, and integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and QM. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to improve manufacturing processes and ensure efficient system functionality.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP PP module including master data, BOM, routing, work centers, and production versions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Implement and support Production Planning processes, including:
- MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
- Production Orders
- Demand Management
- Capacity Planning
- Shop Floor Control

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP MM, SD, and QM modules.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, and support projects.
- Conduct system testing, UAT support, and issue resolution.




- Provide functional support and troubleshooting for production planning related issues.
- Prepare documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
- Support data migration, cutover activities, and go-live support during SAP implementations.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in SAP PP configuration and support.
- Hands-on experience in MRP, Production Orders, BOM, Routing, and Capacity Planning.
- Positive understanding of manufacturing and production planning processes.
- Experience in integration with SAP MM, SD, QM, and WM modules.
- Experience in SAP implementation or rollout projects.
- Ability to analyze and resolve production planning related system issues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with S/4HANA environment.
- Knowledge of PP-PI (Production Planning for Process Industries).
- Exposure to SAP APO or IBP is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging for functional consultants.
