Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by developing new business, managing key customer relationships, and supporting our expansion into domestic and export markets. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle from lead generation and costing to negotiation and order closure — within a fast-growing manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic and/or export markets for flexible packaging products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and high satisfaction.
- Respond to customer enquiries with accurate product information, costing sheets, and samples.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms (pricing, credit terms, delivery schedules), and close orders.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and raw material price movements to support pricing strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities,



and customer interactions (CRM/reporting as required).
- Represent Aristo Flexi Pack at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits as needed.
- Support collections and ensure adherence to agreed payment terms.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in packaging, plastics, or a related manufacturing/B2B industry. Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with pricing, costing sheets, and commercial terms.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and exhibitions.
