* Package: Up to 9.5LPA (Maximum 30% hike on current CTC)

*Requirements*

* Minimum 2+ years of Live Underwriting / Final Approval experience.

* Mandatory experience in Non-QM Underwriting

* Solid knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, and investor-specific underwriting guidelines.

* Familiarity with GNMA, FHA, and VA guidelines is an added advantage.

* Non-QM Mortgage Underwriting (Mandatory)

* Credit Risk Assessment

* Income Calculation

* Bank Statement Underwriting

* Full Doc Underwriting

* DSCR knowledge (Preferred)

* Loan Structuring

* Encompass LOS

*Key Responsibilities*





* Perform credit risk assessment using the 4Cs of Credit

* Calculate income for Salaried and Self-Employed borrowers

* Underwrite Bank Statement and Full Documentation loans

* Evaluate loan eligibility and structure mortgage transactions

* Review appraisal reports, title documents, lien positions, and ownership documents

* Make underwriting decisions based on investor guidelines

* Work on Encompass LOS

* Coordinate with internal teams for timely loan processing
