Roles and Responsibilities :

- Product Strategy & Roadmaps

Own the product roadmap and prioritize feature development aligned with strategic business objectives. Drive the overarching product strategy to accelerate business growth and operational efficiency. Requirement & Business Stakeholder Management Gather, manage, and execute business requirements ensuring perfect alignment with business needs. Act as the primary liaison between key business stakeholders and technology development teams. Product Delivery Oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of business applications. Ensure the products delivered tangibly improve overall organizational productivity and efficiency. Key Competencies: Strong capability to manage complex stakeholder environments and align business goals with software delivery.



Proven track record in product strategy, roadmap execution, and requirement management.

Job Requirements :

- 7-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in product management or related field.
- Solid understanding of digital product development lifecycle, including conceptualization, prototyping, testing, and launch.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from ideation to delivery using Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred.
