- Experience in a digital sales environment is mandatory, insurance background is preferred, bringing cutting-edge approaches to enhance the sales process.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in insurance sales, with a strong background in outbound and inbound sales.
- Proven experience in managing a large team, with at least 2 to 3 AMs and a span of control of 100 -150 members.
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in MIS reporting to drive sales performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Willing to work from Office at Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.
- Immediate Joiners preffered
