About the role:
The QAMIS team develops and manages a range of program and operational products, including field data collection applications, monitoring dashboards and reports, chatbots, backend data pipelines, and automated workflows that support program implementation, monitoring, decision-making, and learning. The Product Manager will play a critical role in strengthening the QAMIS function by bringing a structured product-thinking approach to how data, dashboards, and digital tools are designed, used, and scaled across the organization.
This role will be supporting the product owners to refine the products falling under Impact vertical. The position will be supporting in bringing the Human Centric Design principles to the table, sharing the user experience of the product and providing measurement of product metrics. The position will support in smooth management of the product lifecycle, under the supervision of the product owner.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Support Product Owners in refining product strategy, definitions, roadmaps, and lifecycle management to ensure products remain effective.
- Lead the measurement and analysis of product performance, user adoption, and impact metrics to inform product decisions and improvements.
- Apply Human Centric Design principles and user insights to support product development, refinement, and continuous improvement.
- Assess user feedback, and product performance to recommend products for development, refinement, repurposing, scaling, or discontinuation.
- Generate evidence on product viability, utility, adoption, learning outcomes, and scalability through pilots, research, and data analysis.
- Maintain explicit and up-to-date documentation of product metrics, lifecycle updates, adoption insights, pilot learnings, SOPs, user guides, and key product decisions to support effective implementation and knowledge management.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by Product Owners.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Analytics, Business, Management, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in product management, data products, or analytics roles.
More than 2 years of experience or track record of working with diverse users (frontline to leadership) and improving product usability based on real workflows.
