- ;Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries, for direct sales in OEMs.

- ;Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers technical requirements and needs in close coordination with the R&D; and production team.

- ;Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create recent sales and marketing strategies to target customers.

- ;Targeting customer in the sector of OEMs, HVAC, Refrigeration for Axial Fans & Q Motor.

- ;Maintain and surpass the team target set for the year annually.
