Position

Location: Mira Road, Borivali, Kandivali, Goregaon, Andheri, Dadar, Thane, Thane Godgbandar Road, Vashi, Panvel, Kalyan, Ghatkoper

Description Recruitment Parameters:

- Increasing distribution through coding of new partners & expanding the LA base
- Pragati promotion
- SAP / CAP creation
- Partner promotion
- Handholding & coaching distribution for recruitment
- Minimum distribution criteria of 8:80

Business Parameters:

- Meet the budgeted business numbers
- Maintain a minimum persistency of 85%




- Coach & train the agency to work independently & digitally
- Achieve the CLA numbers
- Drive initiatives to improve partner income
- Conduct periodic meetings with partners & LAs
- Support the agency with relevant reports & MIS

Primary Responsibilities:

- External Relations
- Internal Relations

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelors Degree (minimum requirement)
