About the Company:
Biplob World Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in the distribution and sales of toys, games, books, and baby care products across various channels including retail and e-commerce.
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Introduce company products and generate interest
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain call records and update CRM/data sheets
- Assist in lead generation and database building

Requirements:

- Valuable communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets




- Confident, presentable, and eager to learn
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Prior telecalling or sales experience (optional)
