Key Responsibilities
- Find current customers through referrals, online platforms, walk-ins, partners, and cold callings and generate prospects and leads.
- Understand customers needs and assist them or property related registration including leave & license.
- Follow up on leads and convert into sales .
- Offer the best services and build strong relationships with customers.
- Assist with property registration with respect to paperwork, KYC, agreements etc.
- Coordinate with banks for home loan processing when needed.
What We're Looking For
- A graduate degree (any field)
- 1 - 3 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management.
- Good communication & presentation skills.
