Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced OTC Lead with strong SAP SD expertise to manage and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes. The role involves leading OTC operations, driving process improvements, supporting SAP initiatives, and partnering with sales, finance, and supply chain stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end OTC processes including Order Management, Billing, Collections, Cash Application, and Customer Master Data.
- Act as SME for SAP SD and support SAP ECC/S/4HANA enhancements and issue resolution.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Lead, mentor, and develop OTC team members.
- Monitor KPIs, ensure SLA compliance,



and support audit and control requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8 to 12 years of OTC experience with at least 5 years in SAP SD.
- Strong knowledge of Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Experience with SAP SD configuration and integration with SAP FI/MM.
- Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Preferred:

- SAP SD/S4HANA Certification.
- Experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services environments.
