Role :- .Net Tech Lead

Experience:- 10-15 years

Location:- Mumbai

Required Technical Skill Set:-NET technologies and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

Must-Have

Lead the design and implementation of .NET-based applications (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web APIs, Entity Framework) integrated with AKS for container orchestration.

Positive-to-Have

Any experience in Architecting the solution.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1. The Tech Lead - .NET & AKS role is responsible for leading a development team in designing, building, and deploying scalable cloud-native applications using .NET technologies and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

2. This hands-on leadership position combines deep technical expertise with team mentorship, ensuring high-quality delivery of enterprise-grade solutions on Microsoft Azure

3. Lead the design and implementation of .NET-based applications (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web APIs,



Entity Framework) integrated with AKS for container orchestration. Architect cloud-native solutions using Azure PaaS services like Web Apps, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Storage.

4. Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, technical design, agile sprints (e.g., leading EPICs and scrum groups), and best practices. Provide hands-on development, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

5. Implement CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, and AKS or orkchestration. Participate in production support, incident resolution, and optimization for infrastructure and automation.

6. Work with product owners, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to align solutions with business needs. Estimate efforts, manage risks, track project timelines, and drive agile processes
