Role & responsibilities

- To conceptualize and plan Exclusive collection based on planning of wholesalers product mix, past performances, budget guidelines and key consumer centric fashion trends.
- Working closely with the design teams for developing Exclusive sectionals from design concept and requirements received from wholesalers.
- Responsible for product offering, color palettes, patterns new product or product line for Exclusive market.
- Involvement in finalization of Exclusive price list and target volume plan.
- Managing and distributing the flow of manufacturing orders as per the month-wise manufacturing capacity.
- Involvement in managing costs, scheduling workflow, approving product trials and assuring quality standards through all stages of all Exclusive product line.
- Timely communication & Take feedback from Dealers/Sales Team related to new collection, Product mix, quality & Finish.
- Market visits to know current fashion trends, ideas and concepts.
- Contributing to New product development with full participation in INNOVATION Team.
