The role involves hardware installation, troubleshooting, cable management, and coordination with remote teams to ensure smooth operation of servers, storage, and networking equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide in office remote hands support for data center operations.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain servers, storage, and networking equipment.
- Perform hardware installation, replacement, and cable management.
- Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues within the data center.
- Work with remote technical teams to resolve incidents and execute tasks.
- Ensure proper cabling as per Ethernet and fiber optic standards.
- Support routine maintenance and infrastructure activities.
- Maintain documentation and follow standard operating procedures.
- Work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
