About the job

You will manage our warehouse shipping, stock and deliveries. Most of the work is on a laptop (booking shipments, updating stock sheets) and on the warehouse floor (checking stock in and out). You will be the main person in charge of the warehouse.

What you will do every day

- Book shipping labels for all orders on our courier systems
- Keep track of all stock — what comes in, what goes out
- Update stock records in Excel / Google Sheets daily
- Count stock and make sure records match what is actually there
- Talk to Porter and WeFast riders for same-day deliveries
- Handle returned orders (RTOs) — receive them, check them, add them back to stock
- Fix day-to-day problems rapid — missing items, late pickups, courier issues
- Help the customer service team when there are delivery problems

What we need from you

- 1–4 years work experience in warehouse, shipping,



logistics or e-commerce
- Rapid on a laptop — you can work on different systems and websites easily
- Good with Excel / Google Sheets — you can update and check stock data
- Quick learner — you understand new systems and processes fast
- Careful with details — stock counts must always be correct
- You solve problems yourself — you don't wait for someone else to fix things
- Ready to work hands-on in the warehouse, not only at a desk
- Must speak Hindi and Marathi
