Key Responsibilities

- Identify and initiate suitable cases under IBC (CIRP, Liquidation and PIRP) before NCLT
- Manage end-to-end CIRP, Liquidation and PIRP, including coordination with advocates and RPs
- Participate in Committee of Creditors (CoC) meetings and evaluate resolution plans
- Ensure compliance with IBC timelines and IBBI regulations
- Handle recovery matters before DRT/DRAT and follow up on execution of recovery certificates
- Support SARFAESI actions including attachment and auction of secured assets
- Draft and review legal pleadings, applications, and affidavits
- Liaise with internal teams (Credit, Recovery, Risk) and external stakeholders

Eligibility

- Qualification: LL.B. (IBC/Insolvency specialization or certification preferred)
- Experience: 35 years in a Bank, NBFC, or law firm handling IBC and recovery matters

Skills Were Looking For

- Robust knowledge of IBC, DRT, SARFAESI, and Companies Act
- Experience with NCLT/DRT procedures and filings
- Good drafting, analytical, and case management skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
