- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Robust expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems and platforms.
- Solid understanding and real-world experience with Incident Management and Major Incident Management (MIM).
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow CMDB.
- ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification (preferred).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications like CIS-ITSM are a plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- ServiceNow ITSM certification is must.
