Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions for contract hiring needs.
- Oversee the entire contract hiring process from initial consultation to final placement of candidates.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results by monitoring progress against project milestones.
Job Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
- Robust understanding of IT staffing and sourcing strategies.
- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment processes (contract hiring).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong client relationships.
