Position: Operations Manager Residential Property

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium residential property. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing residential sites, ensuring seamless facility operations, excellent resident satisfaction, vendor management, statutory compliance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall operations of the residential property, including housekeeping, security, technical services, and landscaping.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning and high standards of service delivery.
- Lead and supervise site staff, vendors, and service partners.
- Handle resident queries, complaints, and escalations promptly.




- Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare and manage operational budgets, reports, and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

Candidate Requirements

- Any Graduate
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager.
- Mandatory experience managing residential properties/sites.
- Robust leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of facility management practices, vendor management, budgeting, and statutory compliance.
