Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
Conduct cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
Achieve monthly business development targets.
Requirements:
5+years of experience in Business Development (Recruitment/Staffing).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.
