Role & responsibilities

- Lead T&I; engineering review and MWS approval process for offshore transportation, installation, and lifting operations
- Oversee structural/marine analysis (seafastening, grillage, lifting, towage, barge stability) across projects
- Manage and mentor a team of MWS surveyors and structural engineers
- Own client and classification society relationships for T&I;/MWS scope
- Review and approve engineering deliverables: transport analysis, stability studies, lashing/seafastening calculations, lifting plans, towage approval
- Represent Adonia at load-out, sea-fastening, and installation operations as lead MWS authority
- Drive business development and technical proposals for new MWS/T&I; engagements
- Ensure compliance with classification society and marine warranty requirements (ABS, DNV, IRS, etc.)





Preferred candidate profile

- Degree in Mechanical / Structural / Naval Architecture Engineering (Chartered Engineer status preferred)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in MWS/T&I;, with prior team leadership
- Strong command of structural/marine analysis software (STAAD.Pro, SACS, ANSYS, MOSES, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of T&I; engineering: seafastening, towage, lifting, transport analysis
- Proven track record leading offshore EPCI/marine warranty projects
- Solid client-facing, leadership, and report-review skills
- Willingness to travel extensively

- Member of SOMWS (Society of Marine Warranty Surveyors)
