Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically proficient Landscape Architect to assist in the planning, design, execution, and maintenance of landscape works across our premium residential and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will possess strong design expertise, sound horticultural knowledge, and project coordination capabilities to help create sustainable, functional, and aesthetically appealing outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

- Develop landscape master plans, concept designs, and detailed drawings using CAD and 3D visualization tools.
- Conduct site analysis, including assessment of topography, drainage, climate, vegetation, and environmental conditions.
- Select suitable plant species, hardscape materials, water features, and landscape elements aligned with project requirements and aesthetics.
- Integrate landscape design seamlessly with architectural, structural, and civil engineering plans.
- Prepare landscape presentations, design reports, and client presentations.

Execution & Coordination

- Prepare construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, and cost estimates for landscape works.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress,quality, and compliance with approved designs.
- Ensure landscape execution adheres to environmental regulations, safety standards, and local statutory requirements.




- Resolve site-related design and execution challenges effectively.

Maintenance & Sustainability

- Develop post-completion landscape maintenance plans and operational guidelines.
- Recommend sustainable landscaping practices, including native planting, rainwater harvesting, water-efficient irrigation systems, and eco-friendly materials.
- Monitor landscape health and suggest corrective measures to maintain long-term quality and appearance.
- Conduct periodic audits of completed landscapes and recommend improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of experience in landscape design and execution, preferably in luxury residential, mixed-use, township, or large-scale real estate developments.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating design and project execution capabilities.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of horticulture, irrigation systems, soil science, landscape construction techniques, and sustainable design principles.
- Knowledge of landscape materials, specifications, and project costing.
