About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Operations Associate to manage end-to-end order fulfilment and customer operations across the Steel and Bitumen raw material ecosystem. The role demands ownership, agility, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced startup environment and is suited for individuals who enjoy challenges, thrive under pressure, and are willing to go beyond conventional job boundaries.

Role Summary

The Operations Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring seamless execution from order receipt to final delivery and payment closure. The role requires close coordination with customers,



suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to deliver a superior customer experience while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete order lifecycle, including order verification, processing, dispatch coordination, delivery tracking, and POD collection.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, customer payment terms, credit limits, and compliance requirements.
- Drive On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance and proactively resolve delivery, quality, and operational challenges.
- Handle and validate all transaction-related documentation, including POs, invoices, E-Way Bills, MTCs, and delivery records.
- Coordinate with transporters, fleet owners, drivers, and sellers to ensure smooth dispatches and timely deliveries.
- Build robust relationships with customers by providing proactive communication and issue resolution throughout the order journey.
- Leverage ERP, CRM, and digital tools to improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and workflow management.
- Monitor key operational metrics such as OTIF, quality performance, customer satisfaction, and process compliance.
- Develop strong domain expertise in Steel and Bitumen supply chain operations and industry best practices.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness.
