Process: Outbound Lead Generation (Credit Card & Home Loan)

Job Description:
We are hiring for the ICICI Bank Lead Generation Process for Credit Card and Home Loan products. The role involves outbound calling to generate potential leads and support the sales team in achieving business goals.

Requirements:

- Minimum Qualification: HSC Passed (Mandatory)
- Experience: Fresher or Experienced candidates can apply
- Communication: Average to Excellent English communication skills
- Gender: Male/Female both can apply
- Age: 18 years and above

Job Details:

- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week (2 Sundays off and 2 rotational offs per month)

Salary Details:

- Basic/Average Communication: 14,000 15,000 in hand + Incentives
- Valuable Communication: 16,000 18,000 in hand + Incentives
