Role & Responsibilities

1.BOP Parts - Plastic Items and ink availability for the production of the battery.

- Giving schedule to the Plastic molder
- Giving daily plan for the dispatch of the Plastic items
- Follow up for the schedule
- Arrangement of the Ink as per request

2.Ensure on time Job work of the machine items

- Issue of the Job work order to Vendor
- Vendor searching and Development
- CO-ordination with the vendor for the Job work
- Maintaining record of the pending PR and PO

3.On time availability of the Printing and stationary items

- Issue PO for the Printing and stationary items
- Giving schedule to the supplier

4.ISO14001, TS16949, OSHAS documentation, system, compliance

- Updating vendor rating.
- Updating ISO and TS status of vendor.




- Updating the related documents.
- Compliance for Audit

5. MRP for materials department

- Deleting excesses schedule and adding schedule. Analysis of report
- Releasing schedule to supplier

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-7 years of experience in material management or a related field (plastic molding industry preferred).

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. - Bachelor of Technology / Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- Solid knowledge of BOPs (Purchase Orders), Material Management systems (MM module), SAP MM modules.
