Key Responsibilities
- Credit Management: Configure business partner roles, credit rules, scoring, and automated credit limits to mitigate risk.
- Collections Management: Design collection strategies, worklists, and "Promise to Pay" tracking to accelerate receivables.
- Dispute Management: Set up workflows and case management to resolve short pays and billing discrepancies.
- Cash & Liquidity Management: Implement treasury processes, cash flow forecasting, bank communication, and liquidity planning.
- Integration & Customization: Map business requirements to standard FSCM, develop functional specs for custom enhancements, and integrate with third-party tools.
- Support & Training: Deliver end-user training, troubleshoot daily issues, and assist in month/year-end closing.
