The role in a gist:
As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem! The Corporate Development & Strategy role will be instrumental in identifying key growth levers, launching new initiatives, and driving strategic projects such as OKRs and NPS. This role requires a sharp analytical mindset, robust business acumen, and the ability to work closely with senior leadership to craft and implement impactful corporate strategies.

What we are looking for in the role:

- Create investor decks, fundraising materials, and leadership presentations to support capital-raising efforts.
- Identify and implement business growth levers, including cross-sell opportunities, cost optimization, and market expansion strategies
- Conduct industry analysis, track market trends, and benchmark against competitors to identify emerging opportunities.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track performance metrics, financial modeling, and provide data-backed insights for decision-making.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to address blind spots, enhance profitability, and drive efficiency.




- Design and lead pilot programs for new product launches, testing hypotheses to assess scalability and commercial viability.

Ideal Candidate:

- Strong corporate development acumen, with experience in investor decks, strategic presentations, and business planning.
- Analytical and data-driven, with proficiency in financial modeling, performance tracking, and insights generation.
- Ability to break down complex problems, think critically, and drive structured solutions.
- Proactive, independent thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for market trends.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and engaging with senior leadership.
- Exceptional communication with the ability to present insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience:

- Tier 1 Engineering / Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a strategy-related role, ideally within consulting, or financial services
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with senior leadership
- Experience in investor relations, strategic planning, data analytics, or financial modeling is a plus.
