Timing: 11-9 am | Weekly Off: Any weekday

Salary: 30000-35000 per month (based on experience and current CTC)

Role Overview

The Retail Sales Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination with customers. This position supports business operations by managing customer inquiries and facilitating the sales process effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers to understand their needs and provide assistance

- Create and send quotations to clients

- Track orders and manage dispatch processes

- Handle customer communications via WhatsApp and phone calls

- Engage with B2B customers to promote our products

- Assist with basic billing coordination and documentation

Desired Candidate Profile





Education: Minimum educational qualification required

Experience: 4-8 years of relevant experience in sales

Technical Skills: No specific technical skills required

Other Skills: Strong follow-up skills, organized, and disciplined with a customer-focused attitude

Communication: Valuable communication skills in Hindi and basic English
