We are looking for a motivated Talend Developer with 4-8 years of experience in ETL and data integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience or academic exposure to Talend Open Studio, solid SQL skills, and an understanding of data integration concepts. The role involves developing, testing, and supporting ETL solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and support ETL jobs using Talend Open Studio.
- Design and implement data integration workflows from multiple source systems.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation and analysis.
- Troubleshoot ETL job failures and resolve data-related issues.
- Collaborate with business analysts and development teams to understand data requirements.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes.
