Deputy Manager - PMM Smartcomm Platform (SCADA / IoT Software)

Role Summary

The Product Manager will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Smartcomm Platform, driving innovation in SCADA-like applications, IoT integrations, and digital customer experiences. The role requires strong techno-functional expertise and the ability to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and own the Smartcomm product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritisation

- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch, and continuous improvement

- Drive development of core platform capabilities: Real-time monitoring & remote control

- Device integration (IoT, controllers, sensors)

- Dashboards, analytics, and reporting

- Alerts, notifications, and system health

- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer teams to deliver high-impact solutions

- Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, data platforms)

- Support go-to-market strategy, product positioning,



and customer engagements

Candidate Profile

Experience 3-8 years experience, including Product Management roles

Experience in industrial software, SCADA, IoT, or energy management platforms preferred

Key Skills

Solid understanding of SCADA / IoT platforms and real-time data systems

Product lifecycle management and agile methodologies

Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, and digital architecture

Stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Education Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / IT / Computer Science) MBA or equivalent (preferred)
