Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai
Stipend: 5,000 per month
Duration: 3 Months

Job Responsibilities Recruitment Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Talent Acquisition team with end-to-end recruitment operations.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Track candidate status throughout the recruitment lifecycle and ensure timely follow-ups.
Prepare and share interview invitations, feedback forms, and offer-related documents.
Support the onboarding process by collecting and verifying candidate documents.
Ensure all recruitment records, trackers, and reports are updated accurately.
Coordinate with HR, hiring managers, and vendors to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports and dashboards.
Support recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, campus hiring,



and bulk hiring activities.
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and documentation requirements.
Perform other recruitment and HR operational tasks as assigned by the Talent Acquisition team.

Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Eagerness to learn recruitment processes and HR operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualification
Recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes is preferred but not mandatory.
