Role & responsibilities 1. Project Execution & Delivery (Critical)

- Oversee end-to-end execution of managed office projects from post-LOI/closure stage through delivery and handover.
- Ensure alignment with design intent, timelines, budgets, and client requirements.
- Drive coordination between design consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor and ensure quality, compliance, and documentation rigor across all projects.

2. Process Management

- Track project economics, including billing, collections, and revenue realization.
- Support finalization and adherence to LOIs, lease agreements, and client deliverables.

3. Client Relationship Management

- Act as the primary interface for clients post onboarding, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and delivery excellence.





Preferred candidate profile

- MBA or any equivalent qualification with relevant experience.
- 7-9 years of experience in managed office / co-working spaces.
- Experience in Grade A commercial real estate / office fit-outs / managed office delivery.
- Strong project management / PMC background with execution ownership.
- Demonstrated ability in client relationship management and stakeholder coordination.
- Working knowledge of LOIs, lease negotiations, and commercial structures.
- Prior experience in Managed Offices / Flex / Co-working environments is essential.
- Ability to operate in a cross-functional, quick-paced environment with high accountability.
