- 3-5 years in Trade Finance, Digital initiatives and Banking transformation roles
- Gather and document business requirements (BRD/FRD/user stories)
- Drive solution design and implementation with IT/vendors
- Manage end-to-end delivery (UAT Go-live)
- Support Trade functional modules: LC, BG, Bills, Remittances, SWIFT, IDPMS/EDPMS API Banking, Customer ERP/SAP, H2H, API integration.
- Execute testing (SIT/UAT), defect tracking (JIRA), and regression validation
- Drive process automation / digital initiatives (AI)
- Ensure regulatory compliance UCP, FEMA, audit readiness, and data accuracy
