- Bachelors and/or masters degree in commerce, Finance, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in revenue/sales reporting & analytics, sales planning, forecasting, FP&A;, or commercial analytics.
- Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivots, structured modeling; Power Query exposure strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert data into business insights.
- Clear communication skills and comfort working with stakeholders across functions.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
Preferred / Nice to have
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- SQL skills and familiarity with BI tools(e.g., Power BI/Tableau).
