What Youll Be Driving

In this role, you will operate as a strategic sourcing partner, working closely with consulting stakeholders and recruitment teams to identify and engage top-tier talent across critical business functions.

- Collaborate with department managers and leadership to understand hiring needs
- Gather and analyze role requirements and candidate profiles
- Create and post job advertisements across various platforms
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other databases
- Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates




- Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in bulk hiring / non-IT recruitment
- Prior experience in BPO hiring (voice/non-voice) is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Strong communication (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Valuable understanding of HR practices and recruitment processes
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
