We are seeking sharp, research-driven professionals to join the India Expert Team of a globally renowned leadership advisory and executive search firm. The role involves partnering with senior consultants on executive search and leadership advisory engagements across sectors such as Healthcare & Life Sciences, Industrial, and Human Resources, driving high-quality outcomes from research to client delivery.

Location: Bangalore / Mumbai / Gurgaon

Responsibilities

1. Own and manage multiple client engagements across executive search and leadership advisory solutions, from in-depth research and analysis to project management and active client interactions.
2. Identify, assess, and prioritize potential candidates for executive search mandates through internal networks, external resources, and targeted market outreach.
3. Act as a thought partner to Consultants, shaping strategies for each assignment and ensuring excellence in project documentation including candidate profiles, landscape mapping reports, and compensation benchmarks.
4. Build deep expertise in the industrial sector through proactive market research tracking trends, company developments, and key talent movements.
5. Support business development by identifying new opportunities and deepening client relationships through sector intelligence and relevant insights.

Requirements

1. 2+ years of experience for Senior Business Analyst, in management consulting, executive search, or research roles.
2. Hands-on industrial sector research experience is mandatory candidates without industrial research background will not be considered.
3.



Strong project management capabilities with the ability to independently lead and execute assignments with minimal supervision.
4. Intellectual curiosity and a problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and qualitative reasoning skills.
5. High determination and drive, paired with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly across diverse teams.
