- Key Responsibilities:
- - Prepare and verify Material Test Certificates (MTC).
- - Review chemical and mechanical test reports.
- - Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished materials.
- - Ensure compliance with ASTM, ASME, MSS, and customer specifications.
- - Coordinate hydro test, PMI, IGC, hardness, ferrite, and NDT reports.
- - Verify dimensions, markings, heat numbers, and traceability.
- - Maintain quality records and inspection reports.
- - Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams.
- - Handle customer inspection and third-party inspection (TPI), if required.
