Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Legal Advisor to join our organization as a Senior Executive. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Corporate Laws, commercial legal practices, and regulatory compliance, along with 2 - 3 years of experience in corporate legal advisory and practice. The candidate will be responsible for providing legal guidance, reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and minimizing legal risks for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Law & Compliance

Provide legal advice on corporate governance, company law matters, and regulatory compliance.
Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, statutes, and industry regulations.
Assist in maintaining statutory records and corporate documentation.
Support management in legal matters related to business operations and strategic initiatives.

2.Contract Management

Draft, review, negotiate, and vet various agreements, including:

• Service Agreements
• Vendor Agreements
• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
• Employment Contracts
• Partnership Agreements
• Commercial Contracts

Identify legal risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.

3.Legal Advisory

• Provide legal opinions and recommendations on business transactions and operational matters.
• Advise stakeholders on legal implications of business decisions.
• Support dispute resolution and litigation management by coordinating with external counsels.

4. Litigation & Risk Management

• Assist in handling legal notices, claims, and litigation matters.
• Coordinate with external lawyers, consultants, and regulatory authorities.




• Monitor ongoing legal cases and maintain legal records.

5. Policy & Governance

• Draft and review internal policies, procedures, and legal frameworks.
• Support implementation of governance best practices within the organization.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the business.

Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
• Additional qualifications such as LL.M., CS (Company Secretary), or certifications in Corporate Law will be an added advantage.

Experience

2 - 3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Legal Advisory, Legal Compliance, or Corporate Law Practice.
Experience working with corporate organizations, law firms, or in-house legal departments preferred.

• Law graduate with 2 - 3 years of corporate legal experience.
• Exposure to handling contracts, legal compliances, and litigation matters.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
