Job Title: Java Associate Development

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join a global technology team building and enhancing enterprise-grade trading applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core Java, Swing, multithreading, and application performance, with experience working in distributed Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise Java applications.
- Design, build, and test software components that integrate with the overall application.
- Implement business logic with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Develop and maintain unit and integration tests.
- Collaborate with global development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
- Provide L3 production support and ensure timely issue resolution.




- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technology solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Support onboarding and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
