Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Function Specialist with a robust background in SQL to join our dynamic team at . The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in support functions, demonstrating a proven ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.

This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our support processes and enhancing overall service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert support in SQL database management, including writing complex queries and optimizing performance. Analyze and resolve technical issues related to support functions, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement support processes that meet business needs. Develop and maintain documentation for support processes, including user guides and technical specifications. Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and security. Train and mentor junior team members on SQL best practices and support function methodologies.



Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support services and operational efficiency.

Mandatory Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, including experience with complex queries, data manipulation, and performance tuning. Proven experience in support functions, with a focus on troubleshooting and problem resolution. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. Familiarity with data visualization tools and reporting software. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis. Experience in project management methodologies and tools.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4-10 years of relevant experience in support functions with a strong emphasis on SQL. Certifications in SQL or database management are a plus.
