DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst / MIS Analyst to support business decision making through data analysis, reporting, and financial insights. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical expertise, a solid understanding of financial statements, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities -

1. Analyze financial and operational data to extract actionable insights for informed business decisions.

2. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools.

3. Conduct variance analysis between defined KPIs and actual performance to identify gaps and improvement areas.

4. Evaluate departmental profitability by interpreting financial statements and operational metrics.

5.



Perform ratio analysis and other financial assessments to support strategic planning and business reviews.

6. Process and handle confidential financial data in compliance with company standards and guidelines.

7. Support the preparation of regular and ad-hoc financial reports for management.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand business needs, and deliver accurate insights.

9. Assist in developing new analytical models, reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards.

Requirements: • CA / Semi-Qualified CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree. •

Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, MIS reporting, or related roles.

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, MS Office, Power BI, and other analytical tools.

• Strong logical reasoning and ability to interpret financial statements. • Knowledge of KPI measurement, variance analysis, and ratio analysis. • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial modelling and forecasting.

• Working knowledge of SQL, Power Query, or Power Pivot.

• Experience in retail, jewellery, or manufacturing industry analytics (preferred).

• Ability to automate reports and streamline data processes.

• Strong understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.

• Experience in preparing management presentations and business review decks.

• Attention to detail with strong data accuracy and validation skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

• Exposure to ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Tally (added advantage).
