Required Skills & Experience

- Experience hiring for Capital Investment Operations, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Risk & Compliance, AML/KYC, Treasury, Insurance Operations, and BFSI Leadership roles.
- Advanced sourcing and market mapping capabilities.
- Strong Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills.
- Strong Vendor Management experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis, Reporting, Dashboards).




- Willingness and flexibility to support hiring events and walk-in drives during weekends based on business requirements.
- Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting.

Required Qualifications

- MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related specialization OR Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
- 26 years of sourcing/recruitment experience, preferably within BFSI hiring.
- Experience hiring for BPS/BPO (Non-IT) requirements.
- Robust understanding of BFSI domain functions and talent pools.
