General Manager Information Technology (IT Infrastructure)

Experience: 15 to 20 Years

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
- Master's Degree (Preferred)
- CESO Certification (or equivalent IT Infrastructure/Information Security certification) preferred
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CCNP, Azure, AWS, or VMware are an added advantage

Job Purpose

To lead the organization's IT Infrastructure, Network, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Digital Transformation initiatives by ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable IT operations that support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the organization's IT infrastructure strategy.
- Manage data centres, servers, storage, networking, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including vulnerability assessments, risk management, and disaster recovery planning.
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of ERP, HRMS, Office 365, Active Directory, virtualization, and backup solutions.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, procurement, and technology investments.
- Establish IT governance, policies, SOPs, and compliance with applicable standards.




- Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives across business functions.
- Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technology modernization projects.
- Ensure compliance with information security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing IT teams across multiple locations.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior management on emerging technologies and IT risks.
