Roles and Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to tools and software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve tool performance and efficiency.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates of tools and software systems.
- Analyze and report on tool performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in the development of new tools and features.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Summit and Solarwinds.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
