Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings, sketches, and designs for high rise buildings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

- Collaborate with senior architects to develop technical architecture solutions for residential projects.

- Assist in creating detailed building plans, elevations, sections, and floor plans for construction purposes.

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.

- Provide support during project execution phases by reviewing documents and providing feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Diploma or B.Arch degree from an accredited institution.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software tools.

- Robust understanding of high rise building design principles and regulations.

- 1-3 years of experience for Junior position & 4+ years experinece for senior position in architectural design or a related field.
