Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement AI Agents for Projects, Engineering, Procurement, Maintenance, and Manufacturing.
- Identify repetitive, data-intensive, and decision-support activities suitable for AI Agent automation.
- Design AI Agent workflows using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise knowledge bases.
- Integrate AI Agents with ERP, MES, DMS, CMMS, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, PLC/SCADA systems, and other enterprise applications.
- Establish secure AI governance, including user access, data privacy, audit trails, and compliance with GMP, GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, and organizational cybersecurity policies.
- Monitor AI Agent performance and continuously improve accuracy, reliability, and business impact.

- Project Management Agent Tracks project schedules, identifies risks, predicts delays, and prepares daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Engineering Documentation Agent Reviews drawings, technical specifications, P&IDs;, and engineering documents for compliance and consistency.
- Procurement & Vendor Agent Monitors RFQs, purchase orders, vendor performance, delivery schedules, and approval workflows.
- CAPEX Monitoring Agent Tracks budgets, forecasts expenditures, highlights cost overruns, and provides financial dashboards.




- Construction Progress Agent Monitors site progress, contractor productivity, safety observations, and quality issues.
- Maintenance Agent Analyzes equipment health, predicts failures, recommends preventive maintenance, and optimizes spare parts planning.
- Manufacturing Intelligence Agent Monitors production KPIs, OEE, energy consumption, and process deviations to recommend improvements.
- Compliance Agent Supports GMP documentation, validation records, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance monitoring.
- Knowledge Management Agent – Provides instant access to engineering standards, SOPs, lessons learned, specifications, and historical project data.
- Executive Dashboard Agent – Generates real-time management dashboards, KPI summaries, and executive reports with actionable insights.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience
- 6- 8 years of experience in Engineering, Automation, and tal Projects.
- 5+ years leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, API, Chemical, FMCG, or Manufacturing industries.
- Proven expertise in large CAPEX project execution and industrial automation.
