Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Choudhary International is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Export Documentation Executive for our office in Andheri (MIDC), Mumbai. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the end-to-end documentation lifecycle, shipment tracking, and client correspondence to ensure smooth, on-time dispatches. We welcome candidates with 1+ years of experience, as well as freshers possessing exceptional communication skills and MS Excel proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Documentation Management: Accurately prepare crucial pre- and post-shipment export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and certificates of origin.
- Shipment & Logistics Tracking: Maintain rigorous follow-ups on shipment tracking, manage courier bookings, and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Client & Vendor Communication: Draft professional emails to clients, freight forwarders, and custom house agents (CHAs)



to update them on shipment status and resolve logistics operational queries.
- Reporting & Data Maintenance: Create, update, and maintain comprehensive daily/weekly shipment reports and documentation logs using MS Excel.

Required Candidate Profile

- Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience in export documentation and logistics coordination is preferred.
- Freshers: Motivated freshers with strong written English skills and excellent MS Office capabilities are highly encouraged to apply.
- Core Competencies: Proven experience or understanding of packing lists, shipping instructions, invoice verification, and tracking workflows.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office (specifically MS Excel for managing reports) and excellent qualified email writing skills.
