Key Responsibilities:

1. Sports Content Creation

Write high-quality, engaging, and insightful content on sporting events, players, match highlights, and trending topics.

Prepare match previews, live commentary captions, post-match analysis, fan-centric stories, and opinion pieces.

2. Platform-Specific Strategy

Create tailored content for each social media platform:

Instagram / Twitter/ LinkedIN / Facebook / knowledge series.

3. Real-Time Match Coverage

Watch live matches (in-person or broadcast) to create immediate, accurate, and relevant content.

Post real-time updates, highlights, and reactions during matches to enhance live engagement.

Maintain a content bank of templates and formats ready to deploy quickly during live events.

4. Content Planning & Calendar Management

Maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with match schedules, campaigns, and relevant sports events.

Plan and schedule posts ahead of time, while staying flexible for last-minute updates or viral moments.

5. Monitoring & Analytics

Track content performance and engagement using platform analytics.

Continuously optimize tone,



format, and timing based on audience response.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Sports Management, or a related field.

Robust understanding of various sports (focus as per your domain – e.g., football, cricket, etc.).

Excellent writing skills tailored to different platforms and audiences.

Deep understanding of social media dynamics and current sports trends.

Ability to work under pressure during live events or tight deadlines.
