Role & responsibilities

The Secondary Logistics Support Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end secondary logistics operations across the West Region. The role focuses on ensuring seamless movement of goods from CFAs to distributors, improving service levels, monitoring order execution, and driving efficiency in secondary distribution.

This position plays a critical role in bridging coordination between sales, CFAs, transporters, and distributors while ensuring timely deliveries, cost optimization, and operational excellence at the last-mile level.

- Secondary Planning & Execution
- Order Tracking & Service Level Management - Track Open Orders, OBD vs Billing, and Dispatch vs Delivery
- Distributor Servicing & Market Responsiveness
- Freight & Cost Optimization - Track FTL / PTL movements and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Transporter Coordination & Vehicle Management
- MIS & Performance Reporting
- CFA Operations & Process Improvement
- Route & Network Efficiency
- Stakeholder Coordination - DB, Sales, CFAs, Transporters, and teams.
- West Warehouse visits monthly twice.
- 6 days working.
