Prerequisites:

- Minimum of 5 years of work experience after graduation in managing client relationship including updates, payment reminders, meeting fixtures and escalation management.
- Positive knowledge on Microsoft excel, power point presentations and CRM softwares.
- Fluent in English and any one regional language preferably Marathi/Hindi.
- Office administration experience is desired.
- You should be a graduate in any discipline and in the age bracket of 26 to 40 years.





- Manage complete Client life cycle from studio visit to delivery
- Schedule interior designers calendar, fixing site visits and client meetings
- Manage customer query and timely response with a solution
- Manage reception and office administration
- Payment collection reminders and follow-up with clients for stage-based collections
